What property types are eligible for C-PACE financing?

Properties eligible for C-PACE financing must be located within the legal boundaries of the city of Reno and have one of the following uses:

  • Commercial
  • Industrial
  • Multifamily (with 5 or more units)

New construction is also eligible for C-PACE financing.
