In January 2023, the City of Sparks adopted Resolution No. 3410 creating the City’s C-PACE program and Resolution No. 3411 creating the Energy Improvement District for the purpose of implementing the Sparks C-PACE Program. The boundaries of the C-PACE District, as displayed below, are conterminous with corporate limits of the City. All qualifying commercial, industrial and multifamily (containing five or more dwelling units) properties located within the District may apply to participate in the C-PACE program.
