In February 2022, the City of Reno adopted Resolution No. 9904 amending and restating the City’s C-PACE program established by Resolution No. 8661, and the Energy Improvement District created by Resolution No. 8662 for the purpose of implementing the Reno C-PACE Program. The boundaries of the C-PACE District, as displayed below, are conterminous with corporate limits of the City. All qualifying commercial, industrial and multifamily (containing five or more dwelling units) properties located within the District may apply to participate in the C-PACE program.
